Just a strong smell (cleaning smell) inside of the car and the fuel level of car is not accurate, but overall is well while I used local only.

Hi Farid, we’re sorry your trip ended on a stressful note. Approved return locations included Garage 1, Garage 2, and Economy Parking. We accepted your last-minute request for Garage 1, but the spaces you chose were reserved for other rental companies, whose staff could not accept a Turo vehicle. We remained available to guide you to an approved area. Unfortunately, the return was attempted very close to your flight, and those parking restrictions were outside our control.
The Volvo XC-90 made for a very enjoyable road trip to Richmond VA. I own a Volvo XC-40 Recharge (fully electric) and didn't want the hassle of extended battery recharging on the road. Most traditional car rental companies do not have Volvos in their rental fleet. A friend recommended that I try Turo and I'm so grateful. The entire process was smooth. I highly recommend Turo and will definitely use Turo for my next road trip!
