The car was great EXCEPT for the fact the AC wasn’t working🥲I was melting in that car and I didn’t really have time to go switch it out with Turo but it’s was the most frustrating experience I’ve had.
The owners replied fast to the issue and there was good communication but it was extremely inconvenient to have to be told to contact Turo to switch out the rental. I would expect the car to have AC working properly….

Overall, the rental experience was good. The BMW drove well, and pickup and communication with the host were easy with no major complications. The only issue was that the AC did not work during the entire week I had the car. I did contact the host about it, but unfortunately it wasn’t something that could be fixed right away, so I had to deal with hot air blowing for the week during very hot weather. Other than the AC issue, the rental was fine.
