This was my second time renting from Salman and once again the experience was outstanding. The Ford Expedition was delivered in excellent condition — extremely clean, polished, comfortable, and very well maintained. You can really tell they take pride in their vehicles and customer service.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They were responsive, professional, punctual, and made everything incredibly convenient with drop-off and pickup arrangements. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and reliable from beginning to end.
It’s rare to find hosts this trustworthy and consistent. After renting from them again, I can confidently say I will continue to be a repeat customer. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and top-tier service.

Let’s were lost at the beginning and waited to get the second set of keys delivered to drop off location

I just wanted to clarify the lost keys were not in our control. The keys were given to the front desk at your hotel as arranged. Unfortunately, they were misplaced. As soon as we were notified we made the 45 minute drive to bring the second set of keys.
We always thrive to go beyond our guests expectations.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
