Everything was good with the car no problems at all. Perfect for our family trip! Host was really nice and helpful too!!

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this rental. The car battery died three separate times during my trip, which was extremely inconvenient, especially because I am pregnant and was traveling with my toddler. When I reached out for assistance, the host was not very helpful, and I did not receive the help I needed until around 1 PM the following day.
There were also several other issues with the vehicle. The doors would not unlock properly with the key fob, the radio did not have Bluetooth, and the radio would randomly skip through stations without me touching anything.
Overall, this rental caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I expected to have a reliable vehicle, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I personally drove a total of about four hours to assist you—approximately two hours and 30 minutes each way—to replace the battery. As I explained when I changed it, the battery had died because the headlights were left on. Also the Bluetooth works properly. I think it was all user error.
It was really amazing car, had all the amenities we needed and was looking for. The men was very easy to get in contact with, he was very helpful and polite.
