From the moment I picked up RJ’s 2019 Audi e-tron, everything was seamless. Pickup was quick and easy, and RJ took the time to thoroughly show me how to use the vehicle and where everything was located.
The real standout was RJ’s genuine kindness and customer service. On the first day of my trip, I ran into an issue at a charging station that turned out to be completely user error on my part. I called RJ, and he answered on the first ring. He dropped what he was doing and arrived within 20 minutes to help me. It was 105 degrees outside. When he got there, he immediately welcomed me to sit in his air-conditioned car to cool off while he figured out the issue. He had everything resolved in no time. He even drove me over to a Starbucks in the same parking lot so I could stay cool while the Audi charged. Afterward, he texted to check in and make sure I was doing okay.
That level of care, responsiveness, and genuine kindness is rare. I ended up extending my rental, RJ was incredibly accommodating and understanding during that process as well.
As for the Audi e-tron, it was fantastic, super clean, comfortable, smooth, and fun to drive. But what truly made this trip exceptional was RJ. He went far above and beyond anything I would ever expect from a host.
