If I could rate the trip lower I would. The actual car was fine, but what they are saying in the reviews about the brakes is true. They do make noise. BUT my issue was with the actual host. The day I needed to return the car, I missed the return time. I submitted a request to return the car a bit later after speaking to the host and they had agreed to it through messages but never responded to the request. As a result they came and retrieved the car with all of my things inside. I lost over $700 worth of property because they didn’t allow me to come get my things out of the vehicle and when I messaged them and told them that they lacked integrity because of this very situation, they retaliated against me. Now I am receiving an invoice saying I damaged the car 2 days after the dispute. I did not. I will never book with them again.
