Something came up and messaged the host but no response. Lack of communication
Communication and customer service are very important to me. The guest requested to move pickup from 12am to 2am, which I gladly accommodated. I stayed up waiting, but they did not arrive. At 3:32am, after I had gone to sleep, they messaged saying they no longer needed the rental. I completely understand things come up, but I also cannot realistically stay awake all night in case plans change unexpectedly.
