I ended my trip around 11 o’clock and you guys said I was in violation after you picked it up
Peter, as we said when you called, the message you saw was an automated notification from Turo (not from us) that you ~could~ be charged late fees if you don’t return on time. No worries though, as you did return on time and were not charged any late fees. You just didn’t complete the checkout in the app.
We can see how this message is confusing/worrying, but we as hosts have no control over what emails Turo chooses to automatically send to you. Please consider revising your review
