Entire trip ruined not at fault of host but different host and toro mistake
Being the extremely reliable hosts we are, Turo often calls on us last minute to provide cars for guests that have had their trips cancelled by other hosts. This was one such case.
Clearly the guest had a subpar experience with Turo customer support before ending up in our vehicle and wanted to express that in their 1-star review.
Unfortunately this negative review of the Turo platform is now reflecting poorly on us as hosts. We have contacted Turo to try to remedy this undeserved review.
