Just would like to set the record straight that you took issue with our co-host, who previously had cancelled a trip where you were going to be renting one of their vehicles. Our interaction on this trip seemed perfectly fine.
It’s important to remember that when renting from Turo, you’re renting from individuals, each with a different standard of care they provide to their guests. Reviews of the host (like this one) should reflect your experience with that host - not with the Turo platform
