Overall a good experience and the vehicle was great. The car was clean, drove smoothly, and everything worked as expected. The only issue was with the parking instructions — I was directed to the wrong spot and ended up walking around in the cold and rain trying to locate the car. Aside from that inconvenience, everything else went well. I would still use this service again, just hope for clearer directions next time.
