Very difficult to send multiple pictures to Turo. Too big of hassle to recommend this rental to anyone l

It’s important to remember that frustration with the Turo app and difficulty navigating their check-in process are outside the control of the host, although we answered every phone call and gave you every instruction on what needed to be done.
This customer was frustrated with Turo phone support when he couldn’t figure out the driver’s license upload, but we got it all figured out and had a great trip despite initial difficulties.
Unfortunate that we get this review after that level of helping
Vehicle is available at the airport garage (you have to pay to get out). Interaction was seamless and any issues were communicated and acknowledged.
