The vehicle was in good condition and performed well during the rental with no mechanical issues.
However, the only thing that disappointed me was the airport pickup. If airport delivery is offered, it should be honored as listed at the time of booking and not changed or conditioned days before the trip. In my case, I also had to wait a significant amount of time at the airport for transportation to the pickup location.
I’m not necessarily looking for the cheapest option — I’m looking for efficiency. If airport pickup is not profitable for the host, it simply shouldn’t be offered so travelers can make the right decision at the time of booking.

Upon picking up the car, it smelled terrible of Marijuana. It was to the point I avoided any excess driving. Definitely not a pleasant trip.
I sincerely regret your dissatisfaction. I take vehicle condition seriously. No prior guests reported odors, and my pre-trip inspection detected none. Guests may refuse a vehicle per Turo policy if concerns arise at pickup. I maintain high standards and am confident the car was clean and ready.

It was unprofessional I never Rented from Turo before but it was bad dealing with this person I did nothing wrong they wasted my time over a 10 dollar fee which I thought I paid the ticket to get out they ever let me out with the car I didn’t understand what was the problem I gat accused up being drunk an a thief I will never rent from him again
This rental was ended by Turo due to a reported attempt to avoid the correct parking fee at the partner lot. The vehicle was returned early and unfueled. As a host with 550+ trips, I rely on guests adhering to our agreement. Turo Support reviewed all details before taking action.
