While this car appeared acceptable on the outside, it was a disaster inside. I was handed a car with disgustingly filthy, stained seats and windows so smeared and fogged that I had to run the defroster constantly just to see.
The real nightmare began during my trip when the engine light and oil light suddenly illuminated, causing the car to continually stall while driving. This was an incredibly dangerous and terrifying situation for a cautious driver.
When I contacted the host for help, I was met with complete indifference. The host refused to swap the car, initially citing that they were in church, and then ignored my pleas for assistance for hours. When they finally replied, they had the audacity to blame me, falsely accusing me of aggressive driving to deflect from their own negligence. On top of that they "Refused" to offer any compensation while I still had "14 HOURS" or "A WHOLE DAY" that I paid for to use the vehicle. Too bad there are "BAD ACTORS" doing business.

The vehicle was driving perfect and had no issues while you were extending day by day.
something happened, nbd, as things happen to used vehicles but then you showed your true self by demanding things when you had to return the car a couple hours later, not 14!
We had helped you out by getting you to our pick up location when you had no way of getting there..
