The host was easy to reach out to. Communication was very clear, and pick-up and drop-off were flexible too. Highly recommended for long-term trips as well. I had this car for 1 month and it came with multiple charging adapters including the Tesla supercharger adapter.

Perfect host, clean and neat car with great communication

Things went well — smooth trip.
Guest got delayed with baggage and by the time they reached the parking lot some one broke the lock box and took away the keys. I had to go to airport immediately with spare keys and gave the guest my new Tesla until I reprogram the keys so that the thief cannot come back and open the car. With all support and help this guest gave 4 star for convenience. Don’t understand the logic and not thankful to all the efforts I took to make their trip comfortable. Thankless job
