First of all, I rent from these guys often, some rentals are fine but most of the time all their cars smells like smoke or weed, had an issue with them 6/18/26 I rented a car to attend a funeral, few minutes before pick up they said car was not avail telling me they have another car but it was smaller told them nope I want the same exact vehicle that I rented a small SUV, they gave me Mercedes suv but then the canceled my reservation and he tells me canceled the reservation, I said no I didnt, it clearly says he canceled my reservation, while waiting with turo, after 30 mins (now im running late for a funeral) I finally get it done, got to the funeral late, returned the vehicle before said time, rushed to put in gas, now mind you it says full by the time I get to rental place it was only like a inch maybe not even a inch just a little under the full line, but it was full, turo gonna send me a bill for $20 for gas 🙄 I texted him and he says he's sorry turo is the one that does the billing! So now Im thinking twice before renting from these guys
