Very good communication! The car was nice and clean very easy to operate, no complaints !

Car is beautiful but too small. Location to pick up is confusing and inconvenient. Charges for parking is extra just because the time the vehicle was parked and delivered to that garage was over an hour, and charged the customer. $12 instead of $8(only one reimbursed). I booked a non refundable trip and it was a nightmare when my luggage couldn’t fit in the car and had to return the vehicle. First, the amount of stress TURO has caused me from getting different answers from different customers service operators on the phone who dont know wth they are even doing. They wasted 4 hrs of my life. Do yourself a favor and not book with TURO. As for the 2 stars. 2 stars because I returned the vehicle 3 hrs later instead of 3 days later. Did not ask Turo a refund, I asked for half credit towards another vehicle. And just now, I get charged ANOTHER for $8.24 for “incidentals”. If you are traveling, do yourself a favor and just book Enterprise or any of the airport car rentals. Don’t do Turo. Save you stress and time.
Hi Glaiza, while I appreciate the feedback, full transparency, I shared SFO pickup details a week before your trip and invited any q’s, but didn’t hear back regarding size or logistics (these are also listed). About 2 hours after you picked up the car and left SFO, you mentioned adding an additional passenger. I suggested reaching out to Turo Support to swap for a bigger car and was happy to accommodate your same day return. I did my best to communicate & do wish you the best in future travels.
