Mazda CX-5

First off I want to thank Rashad and his team for going above and beyond for this rental. I had reserved a Subaru Forester but it became unavailable when the previous customer who had rented it failed to return it. Unfortunately this is becoming more common with rental agencies, which is just incredible. Come on Hayward, you can do better. It's not possible for businesses to function in Hayward when that kind of BS goes on. I had sent Rashad a message after I reserved letting him know how much it meant to me to rent that particular vehicle because I am thinking of buying one and wanted to give a good test drive over the course of several days. When the Subaru was not returned Rashad brought in the 2014 CX-5 which was offered to me as a replacement. I could not have been happier with this vehicle. It drove like a dream, got good mileage, had excellent visibility. My trip including driving on winding country roads in the Sierra Foothills and it drove beautifully on curves and had plenty of power going up hills. I loved how easy the bluetooth function and the on screen center were to use. As always it was clean and in excellent condition. Now I'm thinking about buying an older model Mazda CX-5. This is my third rental with Rashad and the team at LLC Rentals and I hope they are around for a long time. It is a great alternative to rental agencies, the staff are hard working and very helpful and the prices are excellent I highly recommend LLC rentals. They have many different models to choose from and are happy to show you around their lot in person.
