Car was clean, operated well, and was exactly where described for pickup. Had a slight mix-up getting remote access, but that was sorted quickly. Pleased with the driving experience, and the host was friendly.

Both host and cohost are very friendly and accommodating. Anytime I had a problem or concern they answered in a fast and timely manner. I would definitely book with them again.

I received the car without a full charge. Then after my disappointment he paid for the first full charge. In order to charge the car with the supercharger I had to Cash App him. I think his intentions was for customers to use other ev chargers. The problem is I don’t know anyone who’d be willing to sit around that long to charge the car. Could just be a one time kink that needs to be worked out. But it did put a lil damper on my trip.
