Everything was perfect! The car is spotless and the Bluetooth works perfectly! I was able to make my trip without worrying about the car at all! The host is very responsive and friendly. Nothing to complain about—simply perfect!

This is my second time renting from Ronald and the location is easy to find. Pick up and drop off went smoothly. Vehicle was clean and spacious. I love the different charging options for our devices.

It definitely was not worth what I paid for it . Couldn’t get the Bluetooth to work and they were not the best at responding when I was picking the car up .

I am sorry you could not figure out how to hook up Bluetooth. No one else had a problem. I am also sorry I agreed to let you pick up the car before the start of my normal hours, and then you showed up even earlier and got frustrated you could not get access to the car.
