I would not rent this vehicle again. The tire had a large screw in it that apparently went unnoticed before the rental. While I was driving on the freeway with my children, the tire blew out, creating a very dangerous situation. I immediately contacted the host, who read my message but never responded or offered any assistance. As a renter, I expect the vehicle to be safe and properly inspected before pickup, and I also expect communication if an emergency occurs. Thankfully, my family and I were not injured, but this experience was stressful and could have ended much worse.

Thanks for your feedback, but to make things clear when you picked up the vehicle, there was no indication of tire issues or tire pressure. You clearly picked up a nail during your trip however you ignored the fact that you had a tire going flat and continued on driving that’s the only way that you will have a blowout under high speed. It is not in my control that you drove over nail and did not get much helpful rotate assistant through Turo.
Tire leaking air due to a nail puncture host told me to just add air to tire and it would be fine. Check engine light came on one day into my trip. Upon return host was not responding so I left the car outside of his lot and he charged me an extra day and an improper return fee totaling $128 more than my initial charge. Not cool
