First of all, Simon is a nice guy and cool host, very communicative, and responsive, car was delivered on time. The car was not very clean and had a strong smell of weed. Unfortunately we had an issue with the 12 v battery and were unable to open the car and drive it home while we were in Woodbury outlet, so Simon kindly contact Tesla to send us tow guys who were unfortunately not able to jumpstart the car but were able to open it so that we could get our stuff out. We had to take an uber to go back home and end the trip sooner that expected.
Sorry for the inconvenience you experienced on your trip Thomas. It is unfortunate the car 12V battery failed on your trip. The car is relatively new and is being fixed by Tesla under warranty.
