Good morning thank you for your feedback Scott it’s much appreciated so the Mercedes sprinter has a safety feature that when your going down a hill the vehicle stays in gear for much longer it automatically turn on that feature since it’s a big vehicle you can control the sprinter much better while being safe with u and your family your communication was great and you return the people back thank you and your family.
