Willy was an amazing host. Great communication and drop-off. Car was clean and in great shape. Ideal for a family trip! Will rent from him again!

Willy is a good host, very responsive and communicative at all points of the rent. Pick-up and return was flawless, very fast, uncomplicated, helped by real-time advice from the host. Although reasonably new, the car had over 120k miles on the clock when I picked it up and it was not in good mechanical shape. Trepidation on the transmission was noticed and communicated to the host 15 minutes into the rental. The issue seemed to get worse driving on the hilly roads of south Vermont, to the point we suspected the car would break down for good and leave us stranded. Upon pick up, the low level windshield fluid light was on. It turned out the reservoir was leaking, so it would not hold fluid and we had to cope with dirty windshield for ten days under bad winter weather. Despite stating that the car had winter tires, it had all-seasons, which are far from adequate to handle heavy snow and icy road conditions. Plain unsafe. All issues were timely communicated to the host. Unfortunately the only solution he offered was driving back to Boston to return the car early. That would eliminate one full day of our short Christmas family vacation, plus there were no guarantees we would find another large, winter capable SUV, on the busiest holiday week of the year, so we decided to endure. Very disappointing, made worse by the expensive price paid, $2.7k for 10 days.

We had a reservation with a different host for a similar Suburban. On the day of my trip (thanksgiving day) I got no response from the host on getting to the vehicle nor were there any pickup instructions. I connected with turo customer service and they too were unable to reach the host. After about 2 hours we cancelled the reservation and reserved Willy’s Suburban. He quickly reached out to me and within an hour had the vehicle brought directly to me at the airport ready to go! Truck was very appealing, comfortable, spacious and clean. Any questions I had throughout the trip, Willy quickly responded. Definitely booking with him again next time I’m in Boston. Thank you for coming through last minute on Thanksgiving Day!
