Great experience! The car was very clean and well organized. The host had excellent communication throughout the trip and made everything easy. Would definitely rent again!

Car was in like new condition, clean. Couple things to note. I paid extra for drop of pick up at different address. Despite the time was up for pick up I did not hear from them until I called them. My parking expired so car could have been towed. They told me coming in 20 min then someone called in 1 min said they are ready for pick up. It was disorganized.
Other things, car does not have adaptive cruise control. At this price point it is something i was expecting but did not ask them in advance. Also car has an apple airtag and my iphone keep warning me about it. It would be better if they mention this in the ad. Lastly it does not have a toll pass so they said it is by plate and will see how it will be billed. As far as I know without transmitter the tolls are more expensive plus it takes 2 weeks to receive it.
A very rude guest. Also the toll was 45 cents. He tried to have a claim before it came so he could dispute and blame it on the team. Terrible
