The host was accommodating and friendly! He made sure the car was clean and ready to go! Love that they drive the car up to you. The car ran great and I had zero problems during my trip. I will definitely rent again!

Pickup location was good but different so I didn’t realize they bring the car right to you rather than getting from parking garage. So getting the vehicle was a bit of wait (but I take responsibility) but returning worked great/timely. Car did smell like smoke even though it said no smoking. There was a rattle but drove fine and host responded quickly acknowledging our update on these 2 issues after getting car.
