Professional and good communication front start to finish. We had a great car drop off at our hotel after we flew in and smooth, quick drop off back at our hotel on departure. . I think the front window tint was much too low and also feel that service is needed on a allienment or front tiire issues which us causing shakening at 65 mph.
Thanks again for choosing us! I do apologize for vehicle shaking. Since your return tires have been replaced as that was the cause of the shake. I do deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Everything was great with the car. The host and co-host were responsive, answered all of my questions, and were very flexible with both pick-up and drop-off. The only minor issue was that the car had a noticeable cigarette smell. Other than that, everything was perfect, and the car drove very smoothly.
