I need to address the condition and handling of the vehicle during your trip. The vehicle was not returned on time and required escalation for recovery. When it was recovered, it was returned with no gas and with damage that had to be addressed. Based on this experience, I would not rent to you again or recommend this type of rental experience to other hosts. Please make sure any remaining issues are handled through Turo directly.
