Pickup and drop off were seamless. Car was well maintained and clean. Didn't even notice in the listing a little top shelf in the trunk, very handy for small bags and coats. Communication was very quick and owner was very flexible and generous! We travel alot and always use turo, top owner to work with so far!

This is not accurate. The car was already at the airport about two hours before your trip started. The delay was not caused by us. You had difficulty locating the vehicle, even though we sent you complete pickup instructions with the exact location and details. The delay was on your side, not ours.
It was a great trip, I love the car and the host are awesome
