The car was great. Only issue I had was in the instructions for pickup. I tried to figure this all out ahead of time but directions were not all there. I didn’t know at the time that final instructions would available closer to pickup time. Also, this airport didn’t have “long term parking” but instead had a different term for it. This, at 11:00 pm when the darkness didn’t help. Had to take photos of the car in the dark. Gate attendants helped figure it all out and I was on my way with no more problems. None of this was Josiah’s fault; the app could be a little more user friendly. Thank you

My rental car company stranded me and Josiah was a lifesaver, it was a late night booking and he had the car dropped off where I was staying. Felt just like any good car rental company. The car was very clean great gas mileage, good tires, AC, and service!
