Car had a whole lot of problems. I couldn't roll the windows down because somehow the side mirrors would move instead. That's dangerous. Check engine light and drive terrain warn light came on the 2nd day. He did try to accommodate me but it was for a smaller vehicle. He is a nice guy but the car has a lot of issues and should not be rented out

Throughout the trip, we stayed in touch and I offered multiple solutions, including vehicle swaps with all available options each time, which were repeatedly declined. You chose to keep the vehicle and extend it for two additional weeks while indicating no further issues. The window regulator damage occurred on a prior trip and the replacement was back ordered as discussed. The vehicle remained reliable with no running or drivability issues. All concerns were addressed upon its return.
Great host very quick to respond and was very helpful with everything that I needed pick up and drop off. We’re very easy and the location was easy to find.
