I had to take a long distance trip to visit family and besides a few exterior and interior flaws (which can't really be unavoidable due to previous guests treatment/ wear and tear of the vehicle), the ride was pretty smooth. The vehicle was nice and clean and the instructions were easy to follow. It definitely served the purpose and I would use them again.

I had the worse experience! Picked up the car and the breaks were so bad. Reached out to the host and received no response for an hour! When I went to return the vehicle due to unsafe conditions someone connected to the host stated they tried to reach me to advise me of the condition of the vehicle after I flagged him down. No one reached out to me and if you knew the brakes weren’t working why have the vehicle available to rent!!!! The condition of the car is bad for the asking price the roof was soiled. The passenger carpet is coming up!
