This was a ( swap) arrangement. The same day 3 hours prior I was in their Chevy Traverse but it overheated on me after only have driven it 2 days prior. But due to me needing a vehicle right away because my daughter was graduating within the next. 2 hrs I spoke with Turo and asked them to quickly put me in something else with the same company due to them having a multiple car fleet on the lot. The process took entirely too long. They stop responding to me and when I finally got this vehicle confirmation I asked them for the lockbox code. They took 20 mins to respond with the wrong code. Their maintenance guy who was on the scene dealing with the truck that recently overheated provided me with the correct lockbox code. They finally responded after I’ve already checked in and had driven off.
I won’t be renting anything else from them. Their response time was awful.
