Thank you for your feedback. Safety is our priority. The vehicle was inspected before the trip and the brakes were in safe working condition. When you raised concerns about a tire, we immediately sent funds for a replacement; however, they were not used for the tire. Upon return, we replaced it and had the brakes inspected again, which confirmed they were functioning properly. We’d still love the opportunity to serve you again and provide an even better experience.
