I was very disappointed with the condition of the car when I picked it up. It was clearly not cleaned properly. There was trash in the driver’s side door, fake nails on the floor, and a significant amount of pet hair throughout the floor and trunk area.
A rental car should be clean and ready for the next customer at pickup. Unfortunately, this car was not in an acceptable condition, and I expected much better.
