This was my first time using Turo so had messaged the host the day before and the day of to ask regarding pick up however did not receive any response . The car itself was great and pick up instructions were clear via app so was able to locate and pick up the car. My departung flight has got cancelled so needed to extend the rental for 2 more days . From here the host responded to my messages and was very helpful after ! I do appreciate to be able to rent longer than what was available and car quality but rating as a 4 for the initial communication when there are many reviews saying the host communicates fast where it felt was different for me and made me feel anxious at the beginning of the experience.
So you are giving me a 4 review because the pick up instructions were flawless, convenient via the app. You had zero issues with car. I worked with you on returning the car a day later than your booked time. When you messaged me about even needing to extend the rental a few more hours I agreed to that also even after telling you that I had it booked to another client that was going to be picking it up less than 2 hours after you dropped it off. I am so sorry for the poor treatment you received.
