this was a horrible experience! the trip got canceled on me and charged me an extra $400! the host is saying turo canceled but customer service says the host canceled. they also charged me an extra $740 on top of everything! the car engine light was on the whole time. the worst experience ever!
I explained to the guest on multiple occasions that I was not the person that canceled the trip. Turo canceled this trip inadvertently and I contacted them about it. I will never cancel a trip for my guest as I pride myself in satisfying my guests. This is evidenced by my records.
