Very good experience, car was clean and ran good. Pickup was smooth and the best part is the owner was reachable! I forgot my laptop in the car and he immediately contacted me and coordinated to get my device back. I would definetly rebook with this owner!

I am 65 years old and the host Mr. Devaughn accuse me of telling turo he had fleas and dogs in the car and that was not the case. When I first arrived at 9:30 to pick up the car for 10:00 I could not log in proceed with checking in I tried to reach out to The Host Mr Devaughn to let him know that he have not verified my driver's license but he did not reply back so I called too turo. And the whole time I was on the phone with turo when the gentleman arrive in the rain to clean the car at 10:00 p.m. I was supposed to be picking the car up for 10:00 p.m. Mr. Devaughn and the gentleman went to rambling on how nasty the car look inside and dogs was inside the vehicle I didn't tell the turo gentleman I was on the phone with he heard it for his own self every word I video the whole ordeal from the time the general arrived to clean the car from the time Mr. Devaughn told him that the car had been sitting there since 6:00 p.m. dirty and when I arrive at 9:32 to check in and the whole time I was on the phone with the turo gentleman and he heard a whole conversation because the gentleman who was cleaning the car was at the window talking to me while he was on the phone with Mr. Devaughn so no I didn't rat on you about dogs being in the car you did it to yourself I will never rent another vehicle to this host Mr. Devaughn because he's disrespectful to ladies mother I'm 65 years old he all about his self he didn't care that I was in the rain waiting all that time to pick up one of his vehicle he gave me no good customer service at all the gentleman who cleaned the car was very kind he was more respectable than the person that should have been mister. Devaughn and another thing I don't appreciate him following me trilling me telling me everywhere I went in his vehicle yes I didn't start itching until I got in his vehicle if I didn't needed the car I would have never kept the car I would have never rented a car so something had to be in there for me to be itching so don't accuse me of something you should have picked up at 6:00 when the car arrived and got it clean and ready for another customer I would never rent from this general again I should have returned to the same day because the motor mount bad on it the wheel shaking it have all kind of problems on this little car that he don't want to repair just want to get money I told my family about this incident it's the first time I ever had a problem with someone so my family know if anything goes wrong with me he the first person they need to look for because he told me how much he followed me in there where I went in the city I feel like that was very rude and disrespectful I'm so upset I can go on and on and on but I'm going to say good night
