BEWARE of his VW Tiguan. The pictures on Turo aren't accurate. The vehicle interior had accumulated filth and stench. It hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. It smelled like urine and body odor. It had horrible liquid stains, and lipstick on the seats, and the passenger back door didn't open from the inside. The exterior had 3 rock chips on the front windshield, and scrapes over the body of the vehicle. This was all documented in my pre rental photos. I would have never accepted this vehicle, had I not been on a short time frame because of a previous commitment and no other option. I had to put towels on the seats in order to be able to handle sitting there. Another offense was Julum pressured me to give him 5 star ratings in every category. I can't believe he was so unaware of the terrible condition of the vehicle. I'm giving the trip a 2 because the car was drivable. I won't rent from him again.

We didn't force her to or pressure her to give us 5s we just informed her how important 5s are to us. Also we had informed her about the previous guest having stains because we didn't have time to clean the interior after the previous guest. Turo also didn't approve the cleaning violation for that trip.
Liked the car. The owner explained the smell.
