The trip was okay only problem I had was the ac stopped working on me
AC was working fine guest tried to use a prior Trip where they didn't understand how a start stop feature in a car works. Posted pictures of the AC temp blowing at 49 degrees Fahrenheit as well during check out. The drop off location is our gas station and still decided not to fill the tank as he had gotten a full tank of gas.

The host provided many automated messages regarding details, but took a while to respond personally to my inquiries. The pick up and drop off was smooth and seamless.
There’s a function on the car that was on which had me without AC for my half of my drive in 80 degree weather. There’s an automatic switch off function button that helped with this malfunction.
Also, It wasn’t communicated upon my arrival that they didn’t have time to detail the car seat. Major stains in every single seat. If I wasn’t in a time crunch, I would’ve cancelled. All of these things mentioned are fixable, but a bit disappointed.
The guest wasn't aware about the Volkswagen stop start feature that is inbuilt in these vehicles to save on gas. There are no issues with the AC it's just that the AC compressor turns off when the car is at a stop to save on gas. These are features on cars that have existed. The cream color seats unfortunately have water stains due to previous guests. They are of long use stains that don't easily go away on cream colored seats.
