Car was good, clean and no issues. Only issue was that when the picked car up the gas tank was near empty. Host said that was standard and I was to return it the same. Disappointing that I had to find gas station right away. A rental car should always be full. I recommend changing that policy and supplying guests with a full tank

Susan, thank you for your feedback. The car was provided with approximately 150 miles of remaining range. While the tank was not full, we only asked that you return it with the same fuel level as at pickup—not a full tank. The vehicle was clean, serviced, and well maintained. We understand your preference for a full tank at pickup and appreciate your feedback.
