The car was great overall. It was clean, smooth to drive, and perfect for my trip. Pickup was easy to find, it had all the amenities I needed, the sunroof was a nice bonus, and the trunk space was excellent.
The only issue I ran into was with the key fob. There was a consistent delay when unlocking the car (whether using the fob or passive entry with the door handle), and at times it didn’t register that the key was nearby to start the vehicle. I initially thought the key pouch might be interfering, but the problem continued even after removing it, so it may just need a battery replacement or a quick check.
I let the host, TEREMOK, know and they said they would look into it, which I appreciated. One of the co-hosts, Kristina, mentioned that everything had been working fine previously, which didn’t match my experience since the issue started right at pickup.
Aside from that, everything else went smoothly. Assuming the key fob issue is resolved, I would definitely consider booking with TEREMOK again.
