Car was in great condition. All was fine with rental. Turo doesn’t allow you to book with different return location(airport) and I was charged $151 fee in order to amend. Discussed with the host who said there should not be a charge so expected to be reimbursed. Now that trip is over and invoice paid I’m told by host I have to deal with Turo to get refund as they are only responsible to provide the vehicle. With all the extra fees it ended up only a small savings than Enterprise Car Rental. Would have been 5 star rating but had to delete one star for the charges. Not sure if that is a Turo issue.
