Detailed pickup instructions and photos showing the exact garage, level, and vehicle location were sent in advance. We also assisted you throughout pickup. The difficulty occurred because the vehicle was initially searched for on a different level. Any late drop-off charge was not applied or collected by us and is entirely outside the host’s control.
