The car was clean and in good condition. However, we were slightly disappointed because the car was not the same trim level that was advertised. The listing photos depict a Denali, which is the luxury version of the Yukon, and the car we received was a regular Yukon. When we notified Chris of the mistake, he stated that the listing was not intended to be a Denali and that the listing photos were “cleaned up” with AI so it must’ve been an error during that process. He did offer to switch the vehicle out if he had a Denali become available, but due to our busy travel schedule we did not feel like it was worth it to drive back out to the airport to switch. Overall, the experience was fine and the car was nice enough, but we did feel misled by the listing photos and we would feel wary about booking with Chris in the future since we know the photos may not be accurate.
