Thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the durability of the 2018 Yukon for our week-long trip. We used it to explore the wilds of the UP and we used it well. It has an emormous tank and we only had to fill up once. Handled off-roading and sandy beaches well.
Our host had little communication, but only little communication was needed for ourt trip, it seems. I reached out the morning of return with a question but did not receive an answer. And that might be okay for our trip, but I hope communication is stronger for other renters in the future. Our host did however epuip us with cleaning supplies and car chargers which was genuinely appreciated as we were outdoorsy and messy during our adventures.
The miles-to-empty was significantly varied from the time that we picked up the vehicle to the time that we returned the vehicle with a full tank (nearly -120 miles variance) which feels like we didnt begin our trip with a completely full tank, which wouldve actually been preferred considering the cost of fuel in the UP ($115 to fill up the tank at $4.29/gal.) I'd recommend ensuring your miles-to-empty reads at least over 500 when you check upon arrival pick up to validate a near-completely full tank of fuel.
Overall, a great exerience and we look forward to renting through Turo in the future.

Pickup and dropoff were super easy and convenient. The Yukon was a good vehicle for our family and drove fine. The only problems were the air conditioning didn’t work and a rear seat belt didn’t buckle. The owner gave me a heads up about the AC and offered to have it fixed but we left Marquette the day we picked it up and it wasn’t convenient for us to leave it for repairs. Overall a positive experience.
