Pickup and dropoff were super easy and convenient. The Yukon was a good vehicle for our family and drove fine. The only problems were the air conditioning didn’t work and a rear seat belt didn’t buckle. The owner gave me a heads up about the AC and offered to have it fixed but we left Marquette the day we picked it up and it wasn’t convenient for us to leave it for repairs. Overall a positive experience.

The Yukon was clean, we had no mechanical issues (which I was a little worried about after seeing it at 128k miles), and it was in a great spot for pickup and dropoff at the Sawyer airport. However, the AC didn't blow cold and my family was dying of heat everywhere we went.
