We had a wonderful experience renting from JMG RENTALS LLC’s! The entire process was smooth and easy from beginning to end. The car was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.

It was a nice vehicle and drove well. We booked a car seat with the trip. Car seat was not in the car when we got to the vehicle. I specifically checked in before we left to verify that the car seat would be there, so that we could bring ours if it would not be provided. They told me it would be there so we didn't bring our car seat. When we got to the car, we had to go buy one at Walmart and install it, then come back to pick the baby up at the airport. The host refunded us for the purchase and made it right. But still really inconvenient and this cost us about an hour after we landed.
