I was scheduled for a 10 AM pick up however the vehicle did not arrive to the airport until 12 in the afternoon. I also had to pay for parking to leave the airport parking lot with no compensation for the lost time or for the fees that I incurred from waiting in the airport parking lot on top of that the car smelled it was not fresh. It was not cleaned out and so incurred another fee because I had to buy an air freshener for the car to make it smell better than what it did.
