Great car , easy pickup easy drop off . Host was very helpful easy and quick communication. 10/10 would recommend

No Carplay, misadvertised features. The location, vehicle model, departure location, and oil change numericals were incorrect. Heated steering wheel does not work. Key fob only unlocks door with the internal key within the key fob. In order to unlock all doors, you must use the internal key from the key fob and unlock the vehicle manually, *then* start it with the key fob to unlock all doors. This is not safe for single travelers, particularly women. The fact I have to share this as a previous customer means huge gaps in customer service. I appreciate the lengths the host went to define all of these answers, but this small business needs to level up.
