Clearer instructions on pickup and drop off. I rent a lot of vehicles and so do my employees was sampling this car rental option for our companies, my companies I own them and I am not real thrilled with this O'Hare is a very confusing airport to begin with and in the middle of the night you're trying to find this car and it was not clear as exactly how to find it and it was in another location then where my flight came in with Terminal 5. I will not be recommending this for my company's or others who have asked me how my experience was with the mechanics of renting a vehicle with Toro
