This car was so saturated with smoke that it made me physically ill and could not use any vents or air conditioner - gagged me from old stale smoke. Then the car vibrates intermittently as if you’re driving over piles of rocks. Needs service but I’m not sure the host or Turo cares. They told me they would swap it out but the closest car is 50 miles away. Are you kidding? I spent 60.00 to uber home and am still without a rental car. Never would I use this rental or Turo again!
Aggravation, headache (smoke) and stress while driving a car that needs serious repairs.

I appreciated that I could have the car delivered to me and picked up from my house. Car was in excellent condition and I had no problems with it. This was my first Turo rental and I will use Turo and this host again when I need a rental. Thank you.

The car was clean and spacious. Drop off and pick up at the airport was great. A couple minor complaints were that the tires slid a little when driving in the rain and there was a slight cigarette smell.
