Vehicle was as pictured. Pick up / drop off was seamless.Trip was fine till I encountered an issue and found the host quite unresponsive during the issue. Unfortunately had a flat tire during the period and host was unresponsive. Would have expected a bit more direction and communication from the host. No response to text messages until I kept asking for a response. No one picked up any of my calls or returned a call.
