Frank our host was amazing to work with! We had to reach out to him a few times because of changes in our plans for our trip. He was always quick to respond and very understanding. He all around was just AWESOME to work with.
Not to mention this vehicle was absolutely amazing. It was even nicer in person than we thought! Had no issues with it. If I could give 6 stars I would!

We had some unfortunate events change because of death in family and flight connections. Host accepted car back in excellent condition, full of fuel with 62 miles and less than 24 hours. Host denied and would not approve Turo recommendation of the rate change. Charged me 1,084 dollars. For less than 24 hrs/62 miles for a 2014 Ford expedition with 136,000. He offered a small credit but no explanation of how to get it except check with Turo. very disappointed in Host not doing what represtatuve from Turo recommended.
