This was a great first experience using Turo! Marc was super responsive, accommodating, and hospitable. This jeep is such a fun ride. The top was easy to remove and reattach. Shoutout to Marc for sending a link to a short video tutorial that breaks that process down. The interior and exterior were both sparkling clean. Pickup location is very accessible and easy to navigate. I felt safe/comfortable leaving my personal vehicle there for the weekend while using this rental. I would definitely rent this exact vehicle again in the future.

We had a great experience renting this Jeep! It was clean, well maintained, and drove great. It was perfect for getting around Gulf Shores and made our trip easy.
The experience was almost 5 stars. The only issue was during pickup. We had to wait about an hour and a half for Turo to approve our license and for the host to bring the Jeep to us. It wasn't a huge deal, but it did delay the start of our trip.
Other than that, the host was very kind, communicative, and easy to work with. Overall, we would definitely rent this Jeep again!

Well, I appreciate you guys, the first and foremost it was you guys first time using the platform you booked it under your wife’s name with your ID which causes confusion so taking a star away from us due to an error on a part that could’ve been solved easily if you had done this before, but now that you know how that should not be a problem in the future, but given us four stars for something that y’all should have looked into the Turo platform before booking.
